I have learned through my years that the world can be a scary place. There are so many aspects in life we can’t control.  Companies DON’T care about me as a person or how healthy I am.  They DO care about what I purchase.  The products we buy, the food we eat and the water we drink, we can control! (for the most part)

I think there is a lot of truth to the statement saying “You are what you eat.” Also, what you put ON your body and what you are exposed to is a large part of your well being.

So for us, we choose WELLNESS! Residing here will be a tribute to our style of healthy living.

I second much, if not all, of what Julie has stated above! Unfortunately, no one will look out for us quite like we will for ourselves and that is just something we have to deal with.

However, our approaches to natural living will all be different, they will change over time and they will be defined differently by all of us.

I was pretty much vegetarian, I saw a chiropractor regularly, I used essential oils on the daily, I ran, I was NEVER sick, I was very resolute on what went into my body and my son’s body before I was pregnant for the second time…. then all of that went right out the window.

That doesn’t mean my beliefs changed on the matter or that I didn’t care.  It just meant that life happened and I had/have to figure out what that means now and what that looks like for a family of 4 instead of 2.

This is what you will see here for me! I am not perfect and, by far, will never know it all but I will let you experience life right alongside me and share what has helped me and what has not.
